Rules and Regulations for Venue Usage

We and our clients must work hand-in-hand to make any events smooth and successful. With that, we are always prepared to assist and cooperate with you. If you need our help, you can always reach out to us and discuss your needs or requirements.

Possession and Return

If you have booked our venue, you have a time of 30 minutes before the event starts and after 4.5 hours, the venue must be vacated. If you want to extend your time of usage, please let us know. We will accommodate your request immediately.

Booking and Payment

Full payment must be settled upon booking. A booking is not confirmed until the payment has been made. If you booked our venue without payment, there are high chances that the venue will be given to another party who has given their full payment.

Cancellation and Change of Date

Strictly, there are no cancellations if the venue has been booked and paid. If you push to cancel the booking, we will make them available for others. If others will acquire your venue, we will refund 75% of your booking payment. If we do not acquire an alternate booking, your booking will be forfeited. Changes in the venue booking schedule will be considered as a cancellation and the same rules will apply. If you want to book for a new date, you will have to pay in full at the time of booking.

General

You are not allowed to remove any property that is under our name from the premises. As we are located in a residential/commercial area, musical instruments or loudspeakers must be kept at low volume at all times or any other such time as applicable by law.

Electric

Tampering of appliances and electrical fixtures and fittings is not allowed. If there are any damages after such acts, damage fees will be applied to the bill. Rules also apply to damage to walls, windows, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

Food

Food and drinks bought outside or catering is allowed in the venue. Food and beverage arrangements must be handled by the client. If the client has paid for decorations, the warmer will be given for free, otherwise, a fee of $50 will be billed for the rent of the warmer. Clients can bring their warmer if they have one.

Safety and Security

Despite our efforts of ensuring safety within our premises, it is impossible for us to determine genuine people or who are not at an event. Therefore, you must take care of your belongings, valuables, and cash at all times. The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of valuables.

Cleanliness

We have trash bags and containers available. The venue must be kept clean and tidy before and after the event. No trash must be scattered outside the venue.

Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise, we will always settle them amicably and fairly. If we are unable to fulfill such a task, all dispute resolutions will fall under the jurisdiction of the Attleboro Court.
